About Timbergon

Central Oregon’s
Modular Home Builder

Timbergon Modular is the modular construction company operating in Bend, Redmond, and Deschutes County. We build ADUs, multi-family developments, and resort communities using a factory-to-foundation process that is faster, more cost-predictable, and less disruptive than traditional site construction.

The Story

Founded on a Smarter Approach

Vicente Gonzalez, founder of Timbergon Modular in Redmond, Oregon

Vicente Gonzalez

Founder, Timbergon Modular

Vicente Gonzalez grew up in Santiago, Chile. At 18, he moved to Kennebunk, Maine, to study Naval Architecture and Yacht Design at The Landing School. He went on to earn a bachelor’s degree in Yacht Design and Production from Southampton Solent University in England, where precision engineering and factory-driven production were core to the curriculum.

He returned to Chile and joined Tecno Fast, where he led the development of the Tiny Cabin product, a modular concept built around efficient production systems and rapid on-site assembly. That work gave him a firsthand understanding of what factory-built construction can do when the process is designed right from the start.

Vicente later moved to Redmond, Oregon, where he saw a region growing faster than its housing supply could keep up. Drawing on his background in modular building and construction management, he developed and built more than 50 residential units before founding Timbergon Modular. The company applies the same discipline he learned in naval architecture and modular manufacturing to a straightforward problem: building better homes faster, without sacrificing quality.

What Sets Us Apart

Why Timbergon

MF

Central Oregon Local

The modular builder operating in Bend, Redmond, and Deschutes County. No out-of-area logistics, no unfamiliar jurisdictions, no supply chain stretched across 500 miles.

ST

Factory-Built Standard

Modular meets the same Oregon state and local building codes as any site-built structure. Third-party inspections throughout production. Not a shortcut. A better process.

WF

Fixed Pricing

Factory production means fewer change orders and a budget that holds. We tell you what it costs upfront, and we deliver on that number.

Our Market

Why Central Oregon

Central Oregon’s housing market is competitive and demand-driven. Bend and Redmond continue to attract residents and investment, and the demand for rental units, vacation properties, and workforce housing consistently outpaces supply.

Traditional construction in this market faces real challenges: labor availability is constrained, weather delays are a constant, and cost overruns are common. Modular was built to solve exactly these problems.

Timbergon operates here because this is where the need is clearest and where a local modular builder provides the most value. We know this market. We’re invested in it. And we’re not going anywhere.

How We Work

Straightforward by Design

Honest Assessment

We’ll tell you whether modular is the right fit for your project before you commit to anything. If it isn’t, we’ll say so. We’d rather have that conversation early than waste your time.

Close Coordination

Factory build and site prep happen simultaneously, and that requires tight coordination with your GC. We stay involved throughout, not just at delivery and set.

On-Time. On-Budget.

Factory production removes the two biggest threats to your timeline: weather and sequential workflows. When we commit to a schedule, we keep it.

Grand Opening

Redmond’s First Modular Milestone

The grand opening of Timbergon’s first completed build drew investors, city council members, and community partners to Redmond to mark the start of something new in Central Oregon construction.
